order processing

In stock items will be processed within 24 hours. All communication will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email when the order is placed and a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, please check your Spam Folder. Please confirm that you have entered the correct address prior to checking out to ensure that the package is shipped to the right address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Incorrect shipping information will result in delays in your order. 

 

Items in stock usually ship out in 2-5 days. You have 24 hours after order has been paid to cancel. No exchanges or refunds permitted except for damaged or defective items. We reserve the right to decline any orders for any reason. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Thank you for shopping with us.

sizes

After placing an order, you have 24 hours to change the size of your item. After 24 hours, the size cannot be changed.

refunds

All items, unless defective, are non-returnable & non-refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an email with order number and photo of damaged item to contact@thefgim.com within 24 hours of delivery.

reshipments

If your package is undeliverable due to wrong address or unattempted pick up, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

In stock items ship within 5-7 days after processing.
